Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

re entry

I was deported 3 years ago from California to Thailand. I have lived in the states for over 19 yrs and was deported on an aggrevated felony drug charge. My parents live in the states and own a business but they are getting old and need me to help them run the business. Since I'v been here in Thailand I'v finished school and now have a bachelors degree in International business. I would like to know if I'm eligible to go back and how? Can you please help me out?

Re: re entry

You may be ineligible for re-entry. However, if your record is cleaned up and depending on other factual information from your felony case, we may be able to help you get back into the country legally.

If you want to discuss this further please send me an email or call, although from Thailand email might be easier for you. I have helped other people with questionable histories deal with their immigration issues, and might be able to help you and your family.
