Legal Question in Immigration Law in California
hello
my fiancee(we're engaged in Vietnam) will travel here to visit me If we decided to get married and proceeded thru court for marriage license in USA then can she be legally stay here? If so then what document or procedure required supporting to accomplish that?

We see these cases all the time. If you are a U.S. citizen and your fiancee tells the truth about the purpose of the visit and Customs and Border Protection allows her to enter, then it becomes a reasonably routine case for our office. You may want to retain a lawyer prior to the visit.
