Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I should fight against this sham marriage group or not?

First please forgive my poor English.

Here is the thing. A little bit complicated. I paid 24K to a Taiwanese couple to help me find a us citizen to marry ( I regret this, I should not do this in the first place)

This couple has some other parterner.I have all their names,they are a group.They introduce me some girls. At last I pick a white girl kind of my type. Let me call her B

Let me tell your my original intention here. I am 28 .28 is the age for marriage in my country.I never get married before. In my country if you marry a girl. You gonna pay much more than 50K.50K maybe can only buy a rest room. You need to have 500K to buy a apartment then the other girl will marry you. so my intension is easy. pay moneyto this couple get a wife. If she doesn�t like me later at least I get green card. if we like each other, maybe become real couple. Anyway i don't lose anything. So we get married soon. we dont live together at that time. i found online that she has crimal background and take drug. I was so mad. I dont want to continue anymore.

I just want to take my money back and leave USA. The Taiwanese guy (call him James) dont agree. They don't give me money back. I don�t want to marry someone with drug we quarrel a lot. Then we don�t talk to each other anymore.

I told him if the immigrant officer find it is a sham marriage I will give all your names to them. Seems they are not afraid of this. Because they are citizen.

They said they dont care they are beyond laws. American goverment will only deport me but do nothing to them. Then later i talked to my wife a lot. She is not that

bad person actually. She said she regret took drug and she was willing to get rid of it. I ask her do you want go to other state with me to restart life? She said yes

I ask her this question a lot. She always answered yes. She is willing to disconnect all her trouble friends . Before she decide to get rid of this drug. She was caught by police and put into jail. I am the only one to visit her. She said she will never want to back to jail again. She said she is very sorry for bring all this trouble and willing to make up for me. My mother said if she really want to back to normal life. Maybe you guys can still become couple.

Here is some info about her background. Her parents don't contact her. She rely on her by her self when she is 15. She did 2 jobs as waitress but spend all the money on drug later. Her mother maybe already dead ,she has drug addiction too. Her parents divorced

Later she was trasferred to a rehab. I visit her once every week. If I left her there, I think she gonna contact her old friends soon and retake drug. Maybe a couple years later dead in the street like her mother.

A couple days ago we had a marriage interview. But we failed. When officer know she was in rehab. She became very angry and keep asking me quesions. But i didnt admit it.Officer want me to give up she said you have future, you have master degree and a very good job.

if we get caught I will be deported and never be able to come back to usa. My wife is citizen so she is ok. I didnt admit. But later i didnt expect my wife withdraw

the petition later. I think that must be the officer scared her and told her she will be in prision. So anyway we failed. I dont blame her. Because we should not do this in the begining. And she also has no confidence in our relationships.

I don�t want let that Taiwanese couple escape the law. I hope that group (maybe 10 people) get caught .they have done this marriage arrangement for 20 years. They think i will not confess because they think I was like other people who want to stay in USA so bad. But I am not because i am also from a super big city. I just need 5 years working experience in USA acutally i dont even care green card i just need a work authoriztion card. So they are wrong

Here is my question: i need some advice.

Now the petition was withdrawed by my wife and i485 denied. The mail will soon arrive at my house. I should go to USCIS to confess or just leave the country?

i record the conversation between me that James. And i have confirmation letter of they receiving my 24K and with their signature. I have their names and address.

Is there any way that I can become some tainted-witness and get my money back. Or maybe I should just leave USA let them keep doing business and laughing at me , because they win.

I really need some one to help me.
