Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

found papers on husband using three different names and ssn before we got married . he is divorcing me and he told me he just married me for papers now that he gots them he's divorcing me wants half of everthing and wants to get custody of our children. But now i found theses papers that prove he lied on his aplication for citinzenship he gave false information . can i use this info to deport him and get to keep my house and children?

That the two of you had children together makes it difficult to reconcile with a marriage only for immigration status. If he is no longer a greencard holder but a US citizen it is unlikely that the US government will want to take action, but you can submit what you know to your local ICE office. Only the US immigration service can make a decision to remove someone, and that is a separate question from divorce proceedings - you will need to speak with a family law attorney about that.
