Being married to US citizen does not prevent removal

Having family members who are US citizens does not immunize an alien from deportation.

Every day there are people deported who have US citizen spouses, children, and siblings.

You and your husband should have an attorney review the husband's immigration history to see if there are any legal options available to your husband.
