Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

My husband served three weeks in the county jail and ICE did not speak to him. Does that mean he wont get deported?

Not necessarily. However, if he is no longer in custody & has been not transferred to a federal detention center or received a Notice to Appear (in Immigration Court), then he might not have any further issues with DHS regarding this incident.
