And whether you are now applying for US citizenship based on already having been granted legal permanent residence for three years (after you had been married to your US Citizen husband). Also, would need to know on what basis your children are waiting for their green cards (based on your husband's US Citizenship and marriage to you?) If all of the above is true, then a divorce may affect your ability to obtain your Citizenship, as well as your children's ability to get their green card if they are not your husband's blood children as well or he did not adopt them.
