Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

I petitioned for my husband who came in illegally. He was barred for 10 years for illegal entry and stay. His time will be up in 2016. Should I be doing anything to speed up his process once the time is up? and do I star the petition all over again?

You should be gathering up all the necessary documents to support your family petition. If you have already done a petition in the past, your process should run smoother for you unless there's been dramatic differences from the time you originally filed.

You should speak to an immigration attorney that will be able to orient you to make the necessary preparations and help with the entire process. If you are interested in speaking to and/or hiring an attorney that will do just that, contact our office at (888) 790-5053 or visit our website at www.coronacalawyer.com.
