I am in the process of obtaining my citizenship. Is there any way for my wife to be here while the process takes place ?

There may be options available to her, but we need more information to determine what would work. Feel free to contact our office at (714) 494-4545 if you would like us to assess her case.

If you are already married, & she is outside the U.S., it would be considered "visa fraud" if she entered as a visitor at this point. However, there are employment-based visas that allow for immigrant intent. There is no non-immigrant visa especially for the spouse of a LPR; only for that of a U.S. citizen. However, as the other attorney has mentioned, without any facts, it is difficult to provide you with accurate legal advice.

In general, you can file the I-130 petition once you naturalize, & have her consular process her immigrant visa ("greencard") case (& you can apply for a K-3 visa as well).
