should a single DUI conviction with 5 years probation, fines and 3 month program inadmissive at US port of entry. DUI is two years ago on a greencard holder

I do not see a problem with re-entering the U.S. on your greencard with a 2 yr old DUI conviction, as long as it is not a felony conviction (which it does not appear to be, based on the fact you got probation & no incarceration).

However, if you have been outside the country more than 6mos (or plan to), then make sure you have a re-entry permit.
