Legal Question in Immigration Law in California

Hi,

I have unused and expired approved I797B (even I have NEVER gone for stamping as well), the details are as following:

Receipt date : May 5, 2008

Notice date: May 30, 2008

valid from 10/01/2008 to 09/26/2011

Please let me know, till when my new employer can file the H1 transfer? is it till :

1. 4th may 2014

2. 2th may 2014, or

3. 30th september 2014

For additional information, recently on Feb 01, 2014 my H1 transfer petition was denied due to my employer did NOT provide the proper documentation (the client invitation letter, the client requirement, my resume, etc).

so, I want to know, till when I am eligible for the new H1 transfer?

Please let me know your response asap.

Your fact pattern does not make sense. If your H-1B is expired, then there is no visa status to be transferred to another employer.
