Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

auto accident claim denied

I got rear ended and the person who hit me died at some point during the accident. Her insurance will not pay for 2K damage to my vehicle due to the insurance claim of her suffering from a medical emergency. I believe my claim has been wrongfully denied. I have not seen a autopsy report to confirm how she died or exact time she died. Do I have a case to pursue? I just want to be fairly treated. Please advise.

Re: auto accident claim denied

If you have no injury and your claim is only based on loss of property, you should file a lawsuit against owner/driver of the other vehicle. If you have injury you have to consult with an attorney. Call us at 213.388.7070 for a free consultation.
