car accident

my question is I have car liability insurance and I got into accident and the other party just got her car and only has comp and collision. only her car is covered and not mine. Is there anything I can do to get compensation on the repair of my car and for my pain and suffering and lost wages?

Probably you have Uninsured Motorist insurance that will pay you for your damages includingcar repair, medical bills, pain and suffering, and lost wages. Contact a personal injury attorney right away. Watch out for legal time limits.
