Legal Question in Insurance Law in California

our insurance co. paid for our medical due to auto accident. we got money from other parties insurance for pain and suffering. now collection co for our insurance co wants us to reimburse them. do we have to pay them?

Maybe. There is a remedy for you based on the "Make Whole" rule. If you had an attorney handle your personal injury case, let him or her take care of it.
