Legal Question
My pictures are used without consent.
Hello.
I have a public blog using Yahoo! Service. I posted several pictures of me on my blog. Now other people start using those picture without my consent, even local newspapers also used them. Those violation make my family really unhappy and I feel really bad.
Can I sue them? And what crime did they commit? Privacy violation?
