Legal Question in Intellectual Property in California

I recently video taped my friends "ex" girlfriend refusing to get out of my friends car. They continued to argue in which she was screaming.

Recently she falsly accused my friend of hitting her. She has admitted she was lying to us already and is dropping the charges.

I would like to post the video of her going crazy online on youtube, perhaps in a video mix. Is it possible for her to sue me for something if I do?

Video was taken in my friends car...not sure if that is private property ? also camera was not concealed and announced as I began recording. She knew i was recording because she faced the camera and yelled things into it.

This is more of a "torts" question than intellectual property, but I would say as a non-specialist in this area of the law, and based on a law-school level of understanding of the area, that publicizing the tape would be an actionable invasion of a privacy right and (a) you could get sued and (b) you could lose the suit.
