Legal Question in International Law in California
I'm looking to Joint Venture with an architect/engineering firm in Saudi Arabia, what is the legal process and requirements for such a JV?

It depends on where you intend to do business as a JV and what you intend to do as a JV. Although it has been a number of years ago, I used to work extensively in international construction law.
