Legal Question in Juvenile Dependency in California

I am 17 and on probation. It was originally Texas probation but I moved to Kentucky with my Mom so they transferred it. I was 1 week away from getting off (if I did the 24 hours of community service in a week) My Mom and I got into a physical fight and I ended up biting her and she called the cops. They said because I have no charges in KY I won't be put in juvie but just to come to a foster home for a night a chill and I could go back the next day. My Mom wouldn't let me home the next day, so I it my ankle....oops forgot to mention the monitor, I was on a monitor for curfew, not house arrest. So I cut it and ran a few states north. My probation got transferred back to Texas and there's a warrant for me there. Should I wait it out till I'm 18? There's a possibility they could drop my juvenile charges right? Or id just spend a year in jail?
