Legal Question

Juvenile

My 15 yr. old is pregnant from a 22-yr. old man. I had him arrested, but they only kept him on for a previous felony charge. The DA booted out the case w/my daughter because there was not enough evidence that she is pregnant from him even though the police found her in his bedroom. Is it possible to pursue this case and press charges against him?
