minor moving to someone's house with parental permission, is it legal?

I am 15 and pregnant my mom wants me to move in with my

boyfriends parents, is that legal

It's not illegal but it does not relieve your mom's responsibility to support you. Also, your boyfriend's parents should have some kind of written authorization to make decisions for/about you, which could range from a formal guardianship to a less formal temporary guardianship authorization.
