Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was bullied at work by some associates, I reported them to my managers was told it would've taken care of and then two days later I was made to work in this person face that was passing a picture of me next to Ursula from little mermaid I am overweight and am devasted by this behavior and embarrassed are they not suppose to keep her away from me until they decide what's going to be done I am so traumatized by what they have done the last place I want to be is in their face
