Legal Question in Employment Law in California

i became a US citizen at the age of 30 and was not aware about the selective service. I am being asked for my selective service number now at age 47 can i get introuble or loose my job for not being registered.

Selective service registration is required for holders of green cards who are male and between the ages of 18 and 25. If you received a green card after that time, you have nothing to worry about.
