can my company fire me because I have deposed in a class action lawsuie against my company?

Not if you were simply responding to a subpoena, and not actively volunteering. But if they said it was for performance, attitude or any reason other than the deposition, then you would have to prove your allegation. Terminating an employee for cooperating with any legal process is an unlawful retaliation. Of course, the challenge is proving that that that's the reason you were terminated. If you believe you have some or sufficient evidence to support this, it might be worth pursuing.
