Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Dear Law Guru,

My sister got an accident at work that got one of her fingers cutoff halfway. The company didn't send her to the ER. Instead, they put some Colton & stuff to stop her bleeding. Now she's still bleeding & in pain. What should she do? Please help.

Thank you,

Lynn
