Legal Question
i am an employee who was laid off due to a supposed timecard fraud. they claimed that i clocked in prior to my shift through other means. I never clocked in through any other ways and never was aware of how the timesheets worked since we never really signed anything or had any type of policies on timecards that i was aware of
