Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Can an employees direct supervisor of a ca school district prevent a classified employee of secondary employment. I recently won a settlement agianst my district. When I met with them they stated I must quit my other job. I had the ok for the other job prior to my case.

It is hard to respond to your question in a vacuum. Normally, an employer cannot bar an employee from outside work, but there are many exceptions. You might want to speak with the attorney who represented you in the settlement with the district to determine what the terms of the written settlement agreement actually are. It might have included your resignation from outside jobs.
