Legal Question in Employment Law in California

My employer was not paying me travel time when we went to other jobs. There are problems with the break periods and a few other things she did wrong. Is there a time limit to file to receive these back wages?

3 years for most claims. You may file a claim with the local Labor Commissioner office, or a lawsuit in court, for your unpaid compensation, OT, penalties, interests, and if you win you get your attorney fees as well. If serious about pursuing this, feel free to contact me to discuss.
