Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I am a FedEx employee who was falsely accused of making the statement of "So I guess Im going to have to take matters into my own hands" I was reported by another employee. We were on a tug at the ramp which only has two seat she was the driver and I was the passenger we were on our way inside from our sort and we were having a conversation about work ethic I believe that you should not have to be told what to do every single day and she believes that you do the conversation got a little heated she had gotten upset that I did not agree with her. So three weeks later the girl that me and the other girl on the tug were having a conversation about brother comes down to our ramp and is giving me threatening looks trying to scare me also he is a manager for FedEx but works at a different station. The next day I am being called into the office by our Senior Manager and I get suspended for a few days and when I come back my manager says the only way for them to bring me back is to give me a letter and it ends up being my second letter and with FedEx when you receive your third letter you are fired. So I am now one step closer to losing my job. But they have taken her side when they have no witnesses because there was no one else with us when we had this conversation its her word against mine.
