Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I feel that I am not being treated fairly at work. I was put on mandatory 6 days last November, then in April I was given a 30/60/90 day reviews with the possibility of termination, in which they never formally reviewed me. Them I get my annual review with a score of 26. Not even enough points to be "good". You need 27 to reach the good. I am not looking to be fired, I am feeling emotionally distressed at work, I feel like they are demeaning me.

I think the best thing for you to do is to call an employment attorney in your area. The can sit down with you you and go over all the facts and see what recourse you have if any
