What does the law say about invasion of privacy? Can an employer record personal phones calls and retrieve the calls and based on the context, can a employer put a investigatory suspension?

Privacy at work is limited. Many companies have rules allowing review of phone calls, and if something improper is discovered, could be grounds for discipline. If you are in jeapordy, you should consult with experienced counsel. Call if interested 714-960-7584
