Legal Question in Employment Law in California

Likeness rights after termination

I was terminated about 3 years ago...my ex-employer has my picture on their website still as well as my voice on their voicemail system. Can I charge for this use of my likeness?? How do I formally request this or should I file a cease and desist?? Thanks.

I don't know if you have any claim against them. If all you want them them to do is remove you from the website and change the voicemail systme, send them a short letter requesting that those actions be taken. Send it certified or via fax. If they don't comply, talked to an attorney.
