Legal Question in Employment Law in California

I was offered a salaried position never received anything other than $10 an hour

I was told I'd have to work 50 hours a week with no overtime

I addressed them about not paying other employees for not paying them overtime

With them responding by saying the employees said it's okay..They don't care as long as they get the hours..I told them that's illegal and unethical..Also I had to address why the employees weren't getting there rest breaks I felt sorry for them one girl is pregnant...Well January first I was fired..Saying I don't fit in and I have done my responsibility because I refused to lift boxes because I have spinal stenosis This they were well aware of...Bullshit sorry but that's crap..can I sue
