How do you protect yourself from a vicious employer?

How does a person protect themself from an employer? How does one discern if they are being victimized in the workplace deliberately? If you are being victimized how do you document this harrassment in a suitable way to make a case against your employer? What can one do?

This caanot be answered simply. Call Lynn at 818-990-1340 and ask her to send you the ATB, for some suggestions. Cauition - the ATB is a general memo and you must decide if its suggestions are appropriate for your situation.
