Reenstatement after maternity leave

when returning to work after maternity leave is it legal to cut hours, take your job title, lower your pay rate. Was also told if missed one day termination would follow.

The employer had better have a real good reason for its actions. Otherwise, it may be quilty of illegal discrimination. You should meet with an employment law specialist to review the facts of your case or contact the Department of Fair Employment and Housing and discuss your case with a counselor.
