wrongful termination
I got a settlement in 2004 for a
wrongful termination lawsuit. Even
though I won the case, I was
wondering if I could reopen my case
and sue for the amount of money I
wanted in the first case. My attorney
at the time, promised me a million
dollars but only gave me 2 tenths of
that in my settlement.
