What is the Statute of Limitations in California required for Adverse Posession. ( 90044 area specifically ). How does this Limitation reflect upon the granting of an Easement for Prescriptive Use and the application of ''Laches'' in this matter?

The s of l for adverse possession is generally 5 years, but sometimes not. I cannot understand the rest of this question.
