The son the new owner contacts me & informs me in writing where to contact him , gives me his phone,Address, etc etc.by the book no problems. 1 year later the same son conveys it back to his father and I am not informed of the change of ownership. One month goes by & I receive a 30 day no fault notice to vacate .I have lived here over a year Question is this notice invalid because I was not informed of the change of ownership.
