i am going to court against my ex landlord she is now having her daughter appearing as a property agent when we never even know the daughter can she do that?

If you sued the landlord, personally (i.e. under the landlord's name), then the landlord will need to appear. If you sued the landlord as a business entity, then the business entity can designate who appears in court, although you can have a subpena issued to make a person appear at a hearing or trial.
