Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I filed an Unlawful Detainer in the San Diego Court after serving my tenant the 3 day pay or quit due to 3 months non payment of rent. I then tried to SERVE her the papers (Summons & Complaint) 4 different on 4 different days. She was never there. Then today, she suddenly turned over the keys to the General Manager of the association without any written information to me. How do I proceed now? I cannot find her, locate her or serve the papers yet have the keys and she left a tone of old stuff in the unit and the utilities are off? Please advise how toe reclaim the unit legally and then follow up to get my back rent?

Sorry, but that is a LOT more complex a situation than can be addressed in a free internet Q&A forum. You should consult with a local landlord-side landlord/tenant attorney.
