Move. Change the locks if you don't want to move. Make sure you send him something in writing objecting to his conduct. It is a violation of your rights as a tenant for a landlord to enter the unit without giving advance notice. If you are under rent control, you may want to contact the rent control board. Or talk to a local landlord tenant attorney.

Consult with a local attorney regarding any ordinances (including rent control) that the landlord might have violated and your recourse, if any.
