Legal Question
I left on dec 19, 2009. in california my 1 year lease was up jan. 2010. I gave no notice.
am I responsible for paying january's rent to landlord? Do I loose my deposit I could'nt
clean the place I had to leave in a hurry.

I could write a letter, and maybe get a good chunk of the security deposit back if you left the place in good condition.
