Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

What do I need to do I order to move my possessions out of my ex roommates house after they have issued a restraining order against me? This is in california. I have been told that there is a third party sanction so I don't know what means. I was told that none could contact him to set up a time to pick up my things because of this third party clause.

Please help me with whom I need to speak with to find out what procedures I need to take and to end this quickly.

Thank you

Danielle Buisson

It may depend on what the restraining order says. Take it to a local attorney for review. If you can't figure out a way to get your things out of the house, you could go back to court and ask the judge to straighten it out.
