I prevailed in an unlawful detainer action.The Plaintiff filed another unlawful detainer.Can the plaintiff allege the same facts already decided in the case that I won?

It depends on how you prevailed. If the unlawful detainer action was dismissed because of an incorrect 3 day pay or quit notice, then the landlord can correct that deficiency and refile. I suggest you consult with an attorney and go over the matter to get an informed opinion.
