who is responsible for repairing mold in a house alot of mold the tenant or the landlord iam being told by the management company in charge of the house iam renting that it is my responsibility to repair the mold i had a mold inspector come out and the mold is bad almost 20,000 dallors of repairs what do i do as a tenant i dont even know if the landlords knows

It depends on the cause of the mold. If it is caused by problems with the structure, it is the landlord's responsibility. If it is caused by the conduct of the tenant, such as failure to properly ventilate, or by causing water intrusion, then it is the tenant's responsibility.
