Legal Question
Who exactly do I need to serve a "3 Day Pay Rent or Quit" notice to?
The people who entered into the lease agreement are a married couple. Also listed by name as occupants are the son (a minor) and mother of the couple that entered into the rental agreement.
Do I have to serve the minor son and mother too individually?
