Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Hi,
I had signed a lease for an apartment with my roommmate. I have now found out that she has been selling sex/sexual favors to random solicitors. I feel as if I am in danger everyday and my apartment leasing office has been notified and has no solutions to help accept moving out but still being financially responsible making it impossible for me to afford a new living arrangement and/or my roommate can sign me off the lease but that's is a highly unlikely solution. Anyway I could seek legal help?

Place a camera in the common area of of the unit with a big sign that says smile your on camera. Let's see how many customers she'll have after that.

Another alternative is to get a restraining order.
