Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

We signed 1 year lease for apt@ PARKMERCED apartments in san francisco. According to Park merced AD utilites included in rent. We aslo took photo of Ad in Display in Office Lobby. We asked Agent about Utilities included in rent She said yes. After we moved in we received separate invoice for utilites bill. We called MGT about their advertisement. She said ,Will talk to Mgt. Following month MGT took Ad down. Park merced have about over 3500 APARTMENTS. Mgt illegally charged for utilities. Yes we also paid utilities. This is called deceptive business practice.

You should take this up with the San Francisco Rent Board.
