In Small Claim Court may a plaintive cite a precedent from another case for the Judge to consider if such precedent has relavance and direct bearing on your case?

I will be going to Small Claim Court in an action against my Mobil Home Park owners who have unlawfully raised my rent.

If the precedent is from a court higher than your court, and in the same jurisdiction as your court, such precedent would likely affect your case. If it's from a court at the same level as yours, or from a different jurisdiction, the judge may consider it but is not bound by it.
