Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

I'm a tenant in Apt building in Los Angeles & I received a 3day notice to quit due to false allegation against me..what's my option.
My next door neighbor is friends with manger, & has been harassing me for 2yrs now, she has vandalized my car & my mailbox many times & calls me names, reported her to manager & police but they did nothing. Few days ago someone wrote on her car with white paint & she told police that I did it. I did not do anything to her car, police did not question me, so I don't know what they wrote on the report. Now manager put a 3 day notice to quit on my door accusing me of breaking lease agreement by vandalism. She is proving how much she can hurt me with false allegation...what is my option? Also I am not sure if this entire incident is a retaliation for me writing a detailed letter to the new landlord 2 days prior when my car was vandalized again. He became our landlord few months ago & so I told him what is going on..is this a retaliation? What's my option, don't want to move, already paid till January. I've lived here 12yrs, never had problem till she moved in 2yrs ago

Write a letter to your manager, with a copy to your landlord, demanding to see the proof of the accusation.
