Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in California

Hello, I wanted to know if my landlord did not have there apartment registered for two years of me living here but registered this year with numerous complaints and repairs needed like old cracked floors etc. I took them to small claims court I won judgement and they started repairing after the judgement then appealed my case. While where going to court because I still have mold in my home I'm withholding rent could they evict me while I'm waiting for my relocation money?

If you don't pay rent you can be evicted. In some cases you are entitled to withhold rent to pay for repairs, but you need to follow a specific process or you will still risk eviction. Why you want to continue living in a place such as you describe is beyond me. Maybe you should just look for a new place to live.
